im on MEDS! [character request]

this young man is octavia's love interest. though he has some mental problems and has to take meds for it, octavia does not care about him being "mentally unstable". octavia knew this boy before dragonbird. they both lived in the same strict catholic community and were raised to be polite. unfortunately something happened to the young man's family, and he had began to change in a bad way. the other kids had became afraid of him but things settled down once he was put on some type of medicine. soon octavia moved; keep it in mind she never talked to him, because she was scared of what her parents would think. now that octavia is a sophomore, this young man is finally a senior, into sports, but is still feared. mostly everybody obeys him, despite him not being scary whatsoever -thanks to his meds-. he is played by dylan o'brien and is OPEN!
